I approach cooking with an emphasis on being a Pescatarian/Vegetarian and the tastiest ways to eat healthy together! When not in my kitchen, I am the outdoors and exploring the best food locations near me .  My favorite food is anything shared with friends! 

Being a Pescatarian

 I became a Pescatarian/vegetarian to feel good about my overall wellness  I’m young , aspiring entrepreneur and have my whole life ahead of me so  why not feel good in my body while I’m living my best life #2020. My Mother who is a Vegan and a Breast cancer survivor 🎗 inspired me to be aware of what I put in my body and become a vegan but..... I’ll get there  . Before I became Pescatarian, I only ate chicken, no red meats for years.  I stopped cold turkey after watching documentary on Netflix in 8/2018 

Step-by-Step Cooking

I have been cooking for a long time, but that doesn't mean that you need a ton of cooking experience to follow my recipes.
