I became a Pescatarian/vegetarian to feel good about my overall wellness I’m young , aspiring entrepreneur and have my whole life ahead of me so why not feel good in my body while I’m living my best life #2020. My Mother who is a Vegan and a Breast cancer survivor inspired me to be aware of what I put in my body and become a vegan but..... I’ll get there . Before I became Pescatarian, I only ate chicken, no red meats for years. I stopped cold turkey after watching documentary on Netflix in 8/2018
